The 3,000+ acres are located in Southwestern Oklahoma in two separate parcels. The topography consists of river bottom with cottonwoods, shinery oak in rolling hills, both small and large grain fields, located in bottomlands and uplands. Crop land may vary from hay grazer and wheat to peanut fields - a dream come true for wildlife! The local wildlife biologist stated that we winter between 1,000-1,500 turkey. Deer and quail numbers are also excellent.
